NHS e-Referral Tracking

If your doctor has referred you to a specialist for further care you will be asked to book your appointment using the NHS e-Referrals service.

You will either be given the paperwork for this by the GP in your consultation or it will be sent to you in the post. The service enables you to book your own appointment at the hospital and on the date of your choice. The paperwork gives details of how to book your appointment and any reference numbers or passwords you may need.
You can book, change or cancel your appointment by phone or alternatively, you can do this through the e-Referral website.
