I've been impressed with all the staff I have encountered at Watford Health Centre. From email correspondence, telephone calls to walk in surgery they have been kind, organised and consistently efficient. I must say that I was very impressed with my visit to the Flu Clinic on Saturday September 12th. The staff were well spaced out and very helpful and friendly. I felt really safe and looked after.September 2020
Great service. Notification that you had ordered a flu injection for me without having to ask for it. On the day, socially distanced waiting area, under cover, with staff directing people to doctor’s consulting rooms. Production line process. In and out, in under 10 minutes. It doesn’t get better than that!September 2020
