Just dropping a line to say thanks. We had our second jab for COVID-19 on 01/04/21 and was organised very well as was the first one. The nurse in question was very professional and informative. I was having a problem about my prescription where to send it since I had a broken foot. And the lady who answered my phone call was so helpful she has a soft kind voice, she did her best to help. It is such a great feeling to hear someone is so kind and helpful when you really need it. Phone call made Nov 25 .2020 around 12:30pm. Thank you to the lady .November 2020
