What our patients say

I just want to say how much I appreciate the help given by Watford Health Centre today. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, helpful and professional and an issue I had been worrying about for some time was resolved during a telephone conversation with the Doctor. I initially contacted NHS111 who responded very quickly, within an hour I received a phone call from the practice to say a doctor would be in touch. Within the next hour the doctor had called and a prescription sent to my local pharmacy. First class service all round.
May 2021
I came to the surgery on 18th March 21 for my blood test and Diabetes review. I was met by a nurse called Aruljothi. I found her very pleasant, polite and professional. She made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. I would like my comments to be passed on to her Line Manager. The lady at reception was very helpful and pleasant too.
March 2021
Excellent service (on both occasions). Organised and efficient but still human/people orientated. Environment clean and presentable. Both pleased and thankful. Congrats Watford Health Centre you've done a fab job.
February 2021
Very impressive, safe and efficient service. Thank you so much.
January 2021
Well organised, friendly staff and I was made to feel comfortable throughout.
