From the moment my call was taken by the practice receptionist, I felt listened to, I felt reassured that I would be speedily dealt with and received a callback from the GP at the earliest possible time slot! I must say that I was very impressed with my visit to the Flu Clinic on Saturday September 12th. The staff were well spaced out and very helpful and friendly. I felt really safe and looked after.
