Just dropping a line to say thanks. We had our second jab for COVID-19 on 01/04/21 and was organised very well as was the first one. The nurse in question was very professional and informative. I didn’t get her name but she had a reddish tint in her hair. I think. Also thanks to all the staff at the centre.

I was having a problem about my prescription where to send it since I had a broken foot. And the lady who answered my phone call was so helpful she has a soft kind voice, she did her best to help. It is such a great feeling to hear someone is so kind and helpful when you really need it. Phone call made Nov 25 .2020 around 12:30pm. Thank you to the lady .

I had the flu jab on Saturday morning. My opinion is that the system was run brilliantly - well thought out and well organised.

Great service. Notification that you had ordered a flu injection for me without having to ask for it. On the day, socially distanced waiting area, under cover, with staff directing people to doctor’s consulting rooms. Production line process. In and out, in under 10 minutes. It doesn’t get better than that!
