Just dropping a line to say thanks. We had our second jab for COVID-19 on 01/04/21 and was organised very well as was the first one. The nurse in question was very professional and informative. I came to the surgery on 18th March 21 for my blood test and Diabetes review. I was met by a nurse called Aruljothi. I found her very pleasant, polite and professional. Great service. Notification that you had ordered a flu injection for me without having to ask for it. On the day, socially distanced waiting area, under cover, with staff directing people to doctor’s consulting rooms. Production line process. In and out, in under 10 minutes. It doesn’t get better than that!September 2020
