Nurse Jacqui very encouraging about Blood Pressure and weight situation. hope i can continue on the right track with her support. Had two phone calls with Dr Kraskian last week about pain in my side. He promised a call back within the hours and it happened within 30 minutes. Had face to face appointment and Dr Kraskian examined me and confirmed that there is no cause for concern but I should call if there is a re-occurrence. Thanks for all your help today.
Excellent service. Seen on time, all precautions re co-virus taken – was impressed and felt safe! Saw the doctor, very impressed how easy it was to talk to her. Felt as though I was listened to and understood. my problem was solved. Can only highly recommend the surgery and this includes the physiotherapy dept. and all doctors and receptionists (as a first call of contact – excellent) I have spoken to previously. Thank you all very much!!!
I just had to write to praise the level of care that was given to my mother via the telephone from your stuff. the two doctors Dr Mahmood and Dr Khalo could not have been more kind, considerate and supportive. I also have to praise the person who answered the telephone on contacting the surgery, who I spoke with twice and went out of her way to organise a second telephone consultation. Her level of professionalism in dealing with a worried relative was outstanding and as the person of first contact created a vary favourable impression of the level of service I could expect from the surgery.
There are many good reasons to live in Watford, but the level of service given by Watford Health Centre is without doubt number one.
As I am currently shielding in this difficult time of the pandemic. I was due for a Flu vaccination and Dr Davies of the Watford Health Centre really helped me out. She has offered me appointment for Flu vaccine and even came out in the car park to give me the vaccine. I really appreciate this from my surgery.

I had my flu jab on Saturday 3rd October I was impressed and the staff was very friendly. I was in and out in 15 minutes and the doctor who gave me the jab was excellent. I work in retail and pride myself on good customer service. Last January when my wife was unwell at the practice again the doctor and the staff arranged for an ambulance. We can’t thank you enough keep up the greats work in this difficult times

The first contact physio was amazing. Gave great advice for the immediate issue and long term care. I have had physio sessions previously but I loved the thoroughness of the examination and the holistic approach.January 2024

I was having a problem about my prescription where to send it since I had a broken foot. And the lady who answered my phone call was so helpful she has a soft kind voice, she did her best to help. I must say that I was very impressed with my visit to the Flu Clinic on Saturday September 12th. The staff were well spaced out and very helpful and friendly. I felt really safe and looked after.September 2020

Great service. Notification that you had ordered a flu injection for me without having to ask for it. On the day, socially distanced waiting area, under cover, with staff directing people to doctor’s consulting rooms. Production line process. In and out, in under 10 minutes. It doesn’t get better than that!September 2020
