| British Sign Language (BSL) Support available
Remote British Sign Language (BSL) Support is now available to BSL users receiving their COVID-19 vaccination at Vaccination Centres or Community Pharmacy-led sites. Support is available through the NHS 119 British Sign Language (BSL) service. It is provided by InterpreterNow and allows the user to instantly connect to a remote BSL interpreter during their vaccination appointment. The service can be easily accessed through an app via a smartphone or PC. Patients can download the app and register for an account to access the service. This service is free of charge and provides a complimentary service to already existing local arrangements offering translation and interpretation services. The app can be downloaded at www.interpreternow.co.uk. |

Covid Test
We are NOT able to refer you for a COVID test if you or a family member are experiencing symptoms. Please do not call us and ask for this test, you will need to go online to nhs.111 and book your own test. We know that this might not be convenient or easy but this is NOT a service or appointment that we are able to provide.
