Did you know that engagement with physical activity and exercise can help manage and prevent High Blood Pressure, Heart disease & Diabetes as well as improve your mental wellbeing and overall health.

The importance of reducing risks related to the above in the BAME (Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic)  population has also been highlighted during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Parking  will be available on Rosslyn Road and if you have a disabled badge you can park temporarily on the double yellow line on Upton Road. Please ensure you wear a MASK.
