Planning your Pregnancy

If you’re planning on getting pregnant, you can improve your chances of conceiving and having a successful pregnancy. Follow these steps

Postnatal Care

You will be very busy looking after your baby, but remember to go for your postnatal check with your GP at around six to eight weeks after the birth. Please make an appointment with a doctor close to when your baby will be 8 weeks old in order that the doctor can do a postnatal check and a growth and development check of you baby.
