SwiftQueue is used for children up to 12 years old.

Using the online booking platform will allow you to book, cancel or reschedule your appointment at a time that suits you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Please note you should only use this service if you have been issued the relevant blood form by your GP.

If you are unable to book online, a dedicated single point of contact will be available to support you by calling 01923 470680 from 12.00 – 14.00, Tuesday & Wednesday only.

Walk in clinics are also an option if unable to book online and parents have the blood form.

Walk in clinic details are:
Over 5’s at Watford general hospital, Monday and Wednesday only, 7:30-13:00
At Hemel Hempstead hospital, Tuesday and Thursday only, 13:30-15:00
At St Albans City hospital, Tuesday and Thursday only, 13:30-15:00
