Test Results Request

We are trying to improve the ways you can receive your test results.

We strongly encourage you to register for ‘Online Patient Access’ https://www.patientaccess.com/ where you will be able to review all your test results saving a phone call to the surgery.

If you do not have patient access, please use the form below to request.

When the test results will be available

Approximate number of working days for tests ordered at surgery:

• Blood Tests – 5 working days unless otherwise advised
• X-Ray – 3 weeks
• Urine Test – 5 working days
• Smear Test – 8 weeks

For investigations such as a biopsy ordered by a hospital doctor, please ask at the hospital how they intend to relay the result to you.
