Speedy GP callback. From the moment my call was taken by the practice receptionist, I felt listened to, I felt reassured that I would be speedily dealt with and received a callback from the GP at the earliest possible time slot! I am hoping that my health issues can be as quickly followed up and feel lucky that my GP surgery is not one of those you hear about that cannot offer appointments for several weeks 🙌

I just want to say how much I appreciate the help given by Watford Health Centre today. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, helpful and professional and an issue I had been worrying about for some time was resolved during a telephone conversation with the Doctor. I initially contacted NHS111 who responded very quickly, within an hour I received a phone call from the practice to say a doctor would be in touch. Within the next hour the doctor had called and a prescription sent to my local pharmacy. First class service all round.

Just dropping a line to say thanks. We had our second jab for COVID-19 on 01/04/21 and was organised very well as was the first one. The nurse in question was very professional and informative. I didn’t get her name but she had a reddish tint in her hair. I think. Also thanks to all the staff at the centre.

I must say that I was very impressed with my visit to the Flu Clinic on Saturday September 12th. The staff were well spaced out and very helpful and friendly. I felt really safe and looked after.
